Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Plaza Lowyat, Kuala Lumpur

ALL IT Hypermarket Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warranty Administrative Officer who can start immediately. Walk-in interviews are welcome.

Responsibilities include:

  • Verify and process customer warranty claims.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure proper documentation and storage of stocks.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and customer service oriented.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Product knowledge is a plus.

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,700.00 per month

  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
