Teleperformance is seeking a skilled WFM Real-Time Analyst to join our team. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience and strong data analytics capabilities, including proficiency in report generation. Fluency in Japanese is essential, along with experience in automating manual tasks to enhance efficiency. A solid understanding of Excel and call center statistics is required; knowledge of VBA, macros, and dashboard development is a plus.
Responsibilities include monitoring agent activity across multiple platforms, ensuring adherence to schedules, and collaborating with various departments to improve operational efficiency.
