Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical data for workload forecasting.
- Develop staffing plans aligned with service level goals.
- Create and manage agent schedules for optimal coverage.
- Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust staffing levels as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills and coaching abilities.
- Experience in providing recommendations on WFM issues.

Pay: RM6,500.00 – RM7,00.00 per month
