Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at ZONG XUN EMBROIDERY & MARKETING. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries related to online shopping on platforms like Shopee and Lazada, handling customer calls, and offering product recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. Experience is preferred but not required, as we provide training. This position is based in a comfortable, air-conditioned office setting.
We offer competitive salaries ranging from RM2,500.00 to RM6,00.00 per month, along with annual leave, EPF, SOSCO, and bonuses.
